Suggestion: owner of company its good person
What I love: The collaborative culture and the way leadership respects your time and expertise. The benefits package is excellent and the work-life balance is better than anywhere I have worked before.
Suggestion: More opportunities for on-site team events would be great. Remote work is smooth but occasional in-person meetups would strengthen team bonds.
What I love: Strong leadership, competitive pay, and a team that actually supports each other. Veteran employees are treated with a lot of respect and the company actively recruits from the military community.
Suggestion: Career growth paths could be better defined. It was sometimes unclear how to move to the next level, but management was always open to conversations about it.
What I love: The engineering team is talented and collaborative. Code reviews are constructive and there is always someone willing to help. The tech stack is modern and interesting.
Suggestion: The onboarding process could be more structured. I had to figure out some things on my own in the first few weeks.
